Dear Willie:
It’s always a good feeling to be able to thank someone these days for good service and first class workmanship, which is why I am writing to you.
Ib and I are extremely pleased with the windows and doors you installed recently in our home (thirty-three windows, one cedar door, one screen door), and can honestly say that your commitment to service, recommending a suitable product, and workmanship have not diminished in the years we have known you. After all,this is the third job you have completed for us, so we believe we are qualified to make that statement!
Once again, it’s reassuring to know that the Willie Moller tradition for excellence and customer satisfaction lives on - thank you.
